Viaje
We thought we would post a couple of pictures from our car ride through Mexico. This is just a couple of interesting shots.
Jeff is pointing to where we live in Mexico.
We live in Lazaro Cardenas in the state if Michoacan
You know you have passed the boarder when at every light there is someone selling something (gum in this case) or washing windows.
We do a happy dance when our kids are sleeping
Hola Amigo
Cool Mexican towns
Who knew Shrek liked to hang out in Mexico
We stay on the toll road as much as possible.
It is faster and better roads
We are not on a toll road here.
I love street vendors
This picture is especially for Lisa.
Lots of potties are normal, but usually don't
have paper, and often the seat is missing
We know we are near the coast when the local
" 7/11 " AKA convenient stores are selling
coconuts
In reality all of the gas stations in Mexico are called Pemex (owned by the government) Gas stations are futher apart than in the states, I think. Most gas stations have a small convenient store attached, so road side stands are not the only snacks available.
Hope you enjoyed our journey.

I love the road comparisons. When we go the marketplace in Tijuana you have to BUY toilet paper. That's always interesting. Looks like you guys had fun!

Sorry I double posted!
Thanks for the drive through Mexico! I enjoyed seeing the sights with you! I love you guys! Tell the kids we love them and give them hugs and kisses from me!
You probably shouldn't dance while driving, that sounds unsafe. Even for Mexico.
